Our staff have over 20 years’ experience of business start-up training and coaching – working with people and organisations to start up social enterprises, small businesses, charities, trading arms and as sole traders. We work in the community and also in prisons across the South East.

Since 2016 over five hundred people have completed our Business Builder programme – a short enterprise and business start-up programme. The course is delivered by staff with small business ownership experience and a passion for enterprise.

Feedback from our most recent group of learners gave Business Builder a 100% excellent rating. Over 90% of learners complete the course and every completer walks away with a business plan and a financial start up plan.

We currently work in HMP Lewes, HMP Wandsworth and HMP Elmley, and are actively seeking opportunities to work with more people across the prison estate and in the community.
