We deliver learning and evaluation services for a range of VCSE clients across the South of England – providing objective and impartial scrutiny of projects to help them reach their full potential, to identify good practice, to address areas for development and to maximise beneficiary impact.

Our evaluation clients value our breadth of delivery experience, our flexible methodologies and our collaborative approach, which includes:

• Project monitoring - develop monitoring tools that capture useful impact and performance data

• End of project reports - external input into funder returns to identify learning and impact

• Project evaluation reports - objective insight into an activity's effectiveness according to clients, staff and stakeholders

• Continuation funding assessments - gathering the evidence for a project to secure continuation funding

• Troubleshooting - helping identifying opportunities to turn around failing projects and struggling activities
