Training

Members of the CAP team have been delivering training for the past 20 years to people and organisations across the South East. Our sessions are always highly collaborative, engaging and informative. The team works flexibly and creatively to maximise learner engagement and to address sepcific learnign challenges, including neurodiversity and disabilities. We work with you in your premises or online and offer a diverse portfolio of sessions, covering: 

• Business management and leadership

• VCSE leadership, management and governance

• Personal development

• Wellbeing

• Fundraising and income diversification

• Business and social enterprise start-up

• Action learning

We also run peer learning sessions, where we facilitate attendees to share their knowledge and experience with their peers – lots of fun and highly effective.
