What we do

At CAP we believe that with the right support everyone can achieve more in both their personal and professional lives. We run a variety of programmes and interventions which empower people from all backgrounds to break through barriers, set goals, exceed their limits, take control and make positive change in their lives.

As a social enterprise, most of our Support for Individuals programmes are free to access, because we target our support in the areas of greatest need. We can offer them for free because of the generosity of our funders.

Click on a link below to find out more about a programme, and if you are interested you can request to join the group.
Members of groups get access to related files, group discussions, events and other member only benefits.
